Black Is Back

Es gibt Lacke, die besitze ich tatsächlich nur der Vollständigkeit meiner Sammlung halber und Black Is Back ist so ein Kandidat.

Black Is Back (ESSENCE, Colour & Go Nail Polish). Farbe & Finish: Schwarz im Creme-Finish. Auftrag: Gut. Das Lackieren gestaltet sich problemlos, zwei Schichten müssen es aber schon sein. Preis/Leistung: Sehr gut. Seit im August 2012 das Standardsortiment der Colour & Go Nail Polish-Serie umgestellt wurde, ist dieser Lack mit 8 ml Inhalt für schmale 1,55 Euro zu haben.

Sam von FingerFood Nails feiert am 4. Februar Geburtstag und so dreht sich das Theme Buffet in dieser Woche um das Thema 'Birthdays/Celebration'. Auf zwei Schichten Black Is Back habe ich mit dem altrosafarbenen English Rose (ESSENCE, Colour & Go Nail Polish) einen Gradienten kreiert, die Nagelspitzen zusätzlich mit roten und grünen Glitter Stripes verziert und das Ganze mit einer Schicht Quick Dry Topcoat (ESSENCE) überzogen. In den noch feuchten Überlack habe ich auf dem kleinen Finger und auf dem Mittelfinger große rote Metallstuds aus dem Dekorationsset What Gothic Girls Want (ESSENCE, Dark Romance) gedrückt. Auf Ring- und Zeigefinger habe ich Water Decals aus C002 (NAIL ACCESSORY) aufgelegt und alle Finger nochmals mit einer Schicht Quick Dry Topcoat versiegelt.

Since Sam of FingerFood Nails is celebrating her birthday on the 4th this week's Theme Buffet's topic is 'Birthdays/Celebration'. Black Is Back (ESSENCE, Colour & Go Nail Polish) is a black creme two coater and easy to apply. This colour is part of the standard range of Colour & Go Nail Polishs of the German drugstore brand ESSENCE since the launch of their 'new' range in August 2012. 8 ml of polish can be obtained virtually everywhere and cost € 1.55. Upon two coats of Black Is Back I sponged a gradient using the pink English Rose (ESSENCE, Colour & Go Nail Polish) and dipped the tip of my nails in red and green glitter stripes. After sealing with one coat of Quick Dry Topcoat (ESSENCE) I pressed one big red metallic stud from the decoration kit What Gothic Girls Want (ESSENCE, Dark Romance) into the wet top coat and put on water decals of C002 (NAIL ACCESSORY). Everything was sealed via another coat of the Quick Dry Topcoat.
